All appointments will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your grooming appointment.

Please BE advised:

All “no shows” for booked appointments are now subject to compensate 50% of the missed appointment cost*.

Payment of this fee will be required at the following grooming appointment.

Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you can’t make it.

*The “no show” fee is based on your individual pricing for your particular grooming requirement/wishes.
